So... I have this major attack of pain in my heart, ribs... pretty much everywhere. Can anyone help me here?

So this pain i have, it pretty much pops up at a random time and its excruciatingly painful. its like someone is poking me with thick needles inside and out. i'm only 16 and my parents wont take me to a doctor to get it checked out so i want to find out what it is on my own with some help of you guys. anyway, i usually get this pain when im stressed out and i've had it for almost half a year now. it comes at random times along with huge headaches and sometimes it hurts so much i can't move. I started getting this pain in my stomach and then it gradually moved to my ribs, then to my heart, and gradually everywhere else. i can even feel it in my shoulders, feet, hands, and anything else you can think of. I wanna find out what this is really badly before it gets any worse. Anyone have any ideas of what it is or how i can start looking it up somewhere?
