What's wrong with my foot?!
Question:
What's wrong with my foot?
Last week, I wore my high-heeled boots for about half the day. When I took them off, my feet were a little sore, which is to be expected. Then I sat down for a while, and my foot somehow got twisted up. My second toe (next to the big toe) was squished to the side touching my third toe, and it hurt a lot. It felt like a ligament was out of place or something, if that's possible. I rubbed at it for a while, and my toe went back to being straight, but my foot still hurt in that spot for three days after. It's happened to me before, and always when I wear high heels. What could be wrong with my foot? And don't just tell me not to wear high heels. I'm not stupid; I can figure that out for myself.
Answers:
Apparently your body, in this instance your foot, is telling you that they don't like to be in high heels.
The saying is: Listen to your body.
Three days for your foot to hurt after wearing boots for a half a day. Ouch !
It could be that certain style of boot. I'd suggest trying another kind.
Sorry, but I have to say it. Some people just can't wear high heels---me for one !
