What is a Night Splint?
I have Plantar Fasciitis an I am going to need a special Night Splint. What is it and What does it Do?
Answers:
I have Plantar Fascitis too . . . I'm actually having the Plantar Release surgery on Thursday . . . I never had the night splint, but basically it keeps the foot still and the plantar in a position that relieves the pressure.
Good luck! I completely understand how painful it is . . .
