one of the best things u can try is aqua therapy - you can do low impact stretching exercises in a pool that will help work the soreness out - also a whirlpool jet aimed at the groin area works wonders - you may have to spread your legs wide so that the jet hits the right spot - you can also do this in a pool, a jacuzzi, or a hot tub - just sit back and enjoy - feel free to IM me if you want to discuss it more
