Sleeping problem?!

Sleeping problem?

Lately I haven't been able to sleep right. I either fall asleep right away and wake up early in the morning or I can't fall asleep till early in the morning and get up no more than 4 hrs later. Do you know anything that could help me fall asleep/stay asleep??


Answers:

Its important to hop out of bed when you are unable to sleep. Read a book, watch some television and return to bed as soon as you feel ready to go back to sleep again. If you are not sleeping as a result of stress and are feeling as though you are unable to cope thought the day as a result of sleeplessness than it is important that you see your doctor.

A natural tablet that will help you to sleep is Valerian, when taken 1/2 hour before bed it will help ease tension and aid sleep. It is best to stay clear of prescribed medication prolong usage may permanently alter your sleeping patterns and the tablets may be addictive.

Furthermore, If you don't have time to see your Doctor i suggest you take the time to pop in to your local pharmacy and speak to a chemist who may also be able to print you out some information that will assist you in your journey to sleep.
