Im having pain in my joints?!

Question: Im having pain in my joints?
The last two weeks or so I've been having really bad pain in my wrists, knees, ankles, fingers, neck, and elbows. I can't figure out why they would be hurting though! I will start feeling pain when I'm not even moving.
They hurt more when I'm doing something.. Like my ankles hurt bad when I walk. What could this be?

Answers:

It could be arthritis, you should see a doctor about it.

You have muscles tightening up to cause those pains. Some of them are pretty hard to free up to get rid of the pain but here's one that is fairly easy to see that it's all on the right track, your neck muscles:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

could be artirits
