Why do we have muscle spasms?!
Question:
Why do we have muscle spasms?
Answers:
It would depend on what, exactly, you are referring to as "muscle spasms". Muscle twitching can be caused by stress. I can, usually, get rid of twitching by concentrating on relaxing the area where the twitching is happening. If you are referring to, like, a charley horse, like in your calf, this can be caused by different things. An injury to the muscle, even the temperature in the room. If it is too cold, this can cause a muscle spasm. Spasms in the calves can be caused by the above or, by low blood sugar, or by dehydration.
