How many hours of sleep do you really need at nigh?!


Question:

How many hours of sleep do you really need at nigh?

I have heard 8 hours and some doctors say 4 hours with a 30 minute nap in the afternoon. I think my body needs 10 hours and I can't nap at work so I need to make it up when I am sleeping at night. What do you think about this question?
