nausea from possible twisted or damaged intestines?!

Question: Nausea from possible twisted or damaged intestines?
i have just come out of hospital for severe abdominal pain and nausea, the doctors are stumped and have booked all the tests to find out if i have ulcers, a twisted stomach or intestines etc.. but in the mean time, the nausea and constipation are unbearable.. is there anything i can do to minimize this without inflaming my insides even more? could a laxative relieve some pain and pressure? any help would be wonderful thanks! :)

I feel for you as i suffered from the same problem very recently. For the nausea i personally recommend medicinal marijuana as it is one of the only things i found to help me. However drugs like dramamine and fenergin should also help if your somewhere that does not recognize the medicinal purposes of marijuana yet. Do not take to much nausea medicine unless using marijuana because high doses can sometimes increase nausea. As for your question about the laxative im almost afraid to answer because if the doctors thought it would be good to clean you out they probably would of at the hospital... However if you must use a laxative i recommend a FLEET Saline enema. I know an enema sounds very unpleasant but it is the only laxative that will work gently, fast, and not increase pain/cramping. When you have a bowel movement be sure to report any abnormalities in color and contents as it can help in diagnosis. For helping calm your stomach here is a list of the prescriptions i was giving which worked VERY well (i have suffered from bowel issues and ulcers for years now and NOTHING but this has worked for me.) Bacid tablets, Doc-Q-Lace 100mg capsules (generic version of Colace), Levsin 0.125mg Sublingual Tabs, Carafate 1GM Tablets, and an oral lactulose solution. These drugs together reduce swelling, irritation, constipation, and pain. I went from having a bowel movement every 3-4 weeks to now having 2-3 a day with no stomach pain. Another thing that will help the cramps is to take a gas reducer such as a GAS-X because although you may not feel like you have gas there is Always intestinal gases within your system reducing them will reduce the overall pressure and cramps. MAKE SURE TO EAT THE RIGHT FOODS!!! Only soft wet foods and stay hydrated! i really hope this helps because i know having bowel issues can be awful!

Tight muscles in your back can press onto the nerves for the organs as they leave the spine to cause them to act up or go into pain. Pressure on the nerves to your stomach will give you lots of pains in the stomach area as the pressure causes the stomach to release more gastric acid which burns your stomach lining, an ulcer in the making. Pressure on the nerves to your intestines or colon can be causing the problems with constipation as well. To get rid of the problems you have you have to free up the muscles to get the pressure off the nerves. tight muscles don't show up on scans or tests so they don't get diagnosed. Here's how to free up your back muscles:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
