i went to the beach yesterday and i got sun burned on my legs back arms and chest my back and legs are killing me i can't even walk good the are sooo red and it hurts i couldn't sleep well at night. what are some home remedies that can help me get the redness and the pain off!! thank you for you help in advance!! i feel my legs and back on fire!!

Aloe works great. Get the biggest bottle you can find... smother your burns in it after a bath/shower.
