Feeling dizzy all the time, why?!

Question: Feeling dizzy all the time, why?
Its been going on for three days now, I feel dizzy but not all the time, form time to time. It feels like im going to faint, the feeling comes for about half a second and leaves. I'm not Ill, I'm eating very well, I don't feel nauseated, sleep very well and i'm not addicted to coffee or anything that has caffeine. Its often comes when I do fast reflexes. Why is this happening and should I be worried?

Also this is something not related thought i'd just ask about it as well. I get these sharp pain in/next to my heart, which differs when it comes form time to time. What is that, should I be worried as well?

Answers:

It could be an ear infection. They are easily contagious and sometimes you can hardly feel it, even if it makes you feel dizzy.

You wouldn't be wasting the doctor's time if you went to see him if it continues for the next few days.

edit. Just read about your heart thing... do you ever suffer from breathlessness? If so, there could be a link between your heart and dizziness,
Do you suffer from cramps or symptoms associated with poor circulation?

I would see a doctor if you get these pains around your heart regularly.

i think this is the type of question you should ask your doctor
