HELP!!! sleeping tips???!

HELP!!! sleeping tips???

on school days i go to bed at like 10:30 and wake up at 6:30 but I'm always so tired the next morning. should i go to bed earlier?? what else should i do to get enough sleep. im 12 and will be 13 on the 23

First off, get rid of the caffeine. Caffeine doesn't let your body rest well. Make sure your room is a comfortable temp, and as dark as you can get it. Having any lights shine will cause your body to not get a restful night's sleep. Sleep with a sound machine on; it will trick your sub-consious to relax and sleep deeper. Buy good sheets, comfortable bed and bed clothes. Exercise during the day.
