I have a scar on my arm can I tattoo over it?!

I have a scar on my arm can I tattoo over it?

Years ago I cut my arm and it left a risen scar. Can I tattoo over it... Will it be very noticable? I want to put my past behind me and have people quit asking me where my scar came from!

Sure! I've seen women that get tattoos over scars from mastectomies, and it looked fine. Just make sure that the tattoo artist has worked with scar tissue before.
