aboutt one every months or so i have some bleeding out of my anus. its not black blood, its very bright red coloredblood , i dont want to sound dumb about asking this but im really starting to get scared about this. please help me

It's probably just hemorrhoids. They can cause bright red blood when you have a bowel movement. If the blood is all mixed in with your poo, then it's probably not hemorrhoids - it could be anything from diverticulitis to colon polyps (these affect mostly middle-aged adults. Eat more fiber & try milk of magnesia. If it doesn't get any better, get a doctor to check it out.
