Question:

I use to work night shift and did it for 5 years.?

Can any body please tell me if they still have the night shift routine happening even when they have stopped work?


Answers:

It'll take you a while to get used to a new schedule.

Make sure you get lots of natural light during the day, to make sure your body produces Vitamin D and knows it's time to be awake. Go to bed at exactly the same time every night, and get into a bedtime routine - drink decaf tea, read, turns lights down, etc.

It'll take a while but you'll get back on a normal schedule if you do the things above.
