Excruciating muscle knot in my lower left back?!

Question: Excruciating muscle knot in my lower left back?
Please help. I have tried everything! I cant go to the chiropractor right now because I cant afford it. I've tried heating pads, massaging it, stretching it, everything! The only thing I have tried is an Epsom salt bath ( my dance teacher said to try that) I also can't find the knot. It's feels like the is more than one. I beginning to think it's not a knot. Pleas help me! Thank you :)

You might have a trigger point in your back which is very painful. Go to my web page and read about it to see if this is your problem: http://www.benefits-of-massage-therapy.c…

If you think this might be your problem with your back, get something like a tennis ball. Lay on it with the ball on the knot. Hold it there for a minute or two, and longer wouldn't hurt. It should start relaxing. Then if you can get Simeone to massage the full length of the muscle and then stretch it.

Hope that might help you some.

Back pain is usually caused by pinched muscles and they can be hard to locate but the pain you will know without a doubt. To get rid of pinched muscles, along with the pain, in your back you have to free up the muscles in your back and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. One last note, chiropractors work with the bones and don't do anything for the muscles, so they wouldn't get rid of the pain for you anyway.
