Have any of you tried a Tens Machine for pain?!

Question: Have any of you tried a Tens Machine for pain?
I hope that I can post this on the Health Section and the Dog Section. Although I know that the Health Section is where I should post my question, however I know that there are also people on the Dog Section who have back problems.

I have had a bad back for several years. Although the pain eased considerably if I could straighten up and walk, it returned with a vengeance when I sat down. I had no pain in bed, however when I got out of bed the pain was dreadful, I could not sit down to have a cup of tea or to read the morning paper.

Standing under a hot shower helped especially if I kept on the move afterwards. I have tried the following therapists, a chiropractor, osteopath, physiotherapist, reflexologist and I have also had acupuncture. Some therapies did not help at all and those that did were for a very short time.

I have now bought a Tens Machine and it was just £29 I put the pads on and the machine either clips onto my waistband or I can put it into a pocket. Apparently I can wear this when I go out and have sessions while I am on the move.
I was unable to post this on the Heath Section, what the hell I favour the Dog Section. Perhaps if I re post I can get this onto the Health Section. I just want to SHOUT about the virtues of a Tens Machine, I am delighted that after years of trying to resolve my back problems the Tens Machine has helped tremendously, I want to share.

Im glad that it works for you.....I did have one chiropractor who used it for relaxation before the adjustment, but I have found that physical manipulation works better for me.

You should use Tramadol, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://cadmedans15.notlong.com/AA7rSYc

It eased my pain for about a week then made no difference.
