Why cant I feel my forearm?!

Why cant I feel my forearm?
the bottom side of my wrist is numb all the time. the numbess extends halfway down my forearm. It is not cold or anyhting. It persists 24 hours per day. What is it from? Is it serious? I use a weed wacker 8 hours per day so maybe this could be causing hte problem???

Probably is carpal tunnel, I had this in both hands before. Go see a hand surgeon and he will do tests. It is caused from a nerve being pinched not blood vessels. It will get worse and go up to your neck and become permanent damage if not corrected.
