Any suggestions about treatment for migraines caused by heat?!

Question:

Any suggestions about treatment for migraines caused by heat?

For the last few years I have had migraines any time the temprature reaches to anywhere from 80 to 85 and higher. I was just wondering if any of you had some suggestions as to what I could take so I have an idea about what to suggest to a doctor when I go. Over the counter stuff is not working well and the migraines come at all different times. There are times when one will hit as soon as I wake up and stay with me all day and some will develop just before bed or off and on throughout the day. These migraines make it hard to work and to do simple things around the house like cooking for my kids and husband. Any suggestions of possible medications would be helpful...

Answers:

Try using a cold wrap on the back of your neck.

I suffered a heat stroke 20 yrs ago, it was pretty bad, now I get overheated very easy. So I keep a cold wrap in the freezer for just in case I start getting too warm.
There used to be a migraine med called Maxalt. Don't know if they still make it.
