Question:

Tightness in throat/chest. Increases when drinking carbonated beverage.?

I have a strange sensation of tightness in my chest when i take a sip of a carbonated beverage. I seem to be "burping" a lot, too. It seems that I can feel the cold drink as it passes down into my stomach. Anybody have any ideas?
