Wrist hurts but the doctor says he doesn't know what is wrong?!

Question: Wrist hurts but the doctor says he doesn't know what is wrong?
My right wrist has hurt for year now and it was always off and on pain
I went to to doctors many times before I had an MRI done a cat scan and xrays and all they found was a cyst they had me do physical therapy which didnt help at all so I decided to have surgery last summer to have it removed and when they removed that cyst they found another one in my bone and removed that too. That said that the cyst in my bone was probably causing the pain. After surgery I had no problems with it until now
Just 4 days ago i woke up to it hurting again and over the past 4 days it has gotten worse and the pain went up my arm last night so I went to my doctor and had some xrays done and the doctor said my bones were fine and he didn't know what was wrong and they want me to do physical therapy again which I don't think will help this time around either

Does anyone know what could be causing the pain it hurts when I am driving and using that hand if I pick up anything a little heaving and when I push down on it. I cant use my hand to push my self up or to support my self and when the doctor was messing with it it hurt when he pushed down on it and when he pushed up. The pain is on both sides of my wrist but not really in the middle

Answers:

You can have tight tendons in your wrist pulling your arm into your wrist causing the nerves to touch to be painful. The tight muscles/tendons don't show up on the scans so they aren't diagnosed. To get rid of the pain you have to free up the tendons in your wrist and here's how to do that:
Wrist:
With hand resting in front of you with the palm up, bend your wrist as far as you can.. Then press into the area behind the wrist, where they take your pulse, and hold a good amount of pressure on it. After 30 seconds slowly open your wrist up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your wrist open for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

From your description, you may have some cartilage damage.

Also, from the surgery you underwent, you probably accumulated scar tissue, so your joints now have some issues.

In addition, if you are young, your tendons may have issues to.

To solve this you may really want to look into a product called the WHITEE patch for this.

If a licensed physician with access to diagnostic tools (like an MRI, CAT scan, and x-rays) and years of medical training and experience doesn't know what's wrong, then why the **** would WE know what's wrong?

Maybe try an alternative doctor.

Find another doctor who knows what is wrong with you.
Maybe it is a pinched nerve........or nerve damage.
