Can I take tylenol?
I beleive that I have a stomach infection of some sort and I saw on yahoo answers that you shouldn't take pain pills like advil and ibprofun, but i have a headache and i was wondering if i could take some tylenol?

Yes you can take Tylenol,but please see your doctor about your stomach problems especially if it is a stomach infection. Tylenol is effective but I would still make an appointment with your doctor ASAP,just to get yourself examined and to make sure that everything is okay internally with your tummy!
