For a couple of days now my arm been feeling like its sleep?
I went to the dr and she say it may be a pinched nerve but I have no pain. Has anyone ever had this feeling its driving me crazy.

When I read your question the first thing I thought about was a pinched nerve. You could of done it while sleeping you never know. Give it time if it still hurts after a week then I would suggest that you have your doctor refer you for physio or a chiropractor. The nerve may be pinched in spine or neck.
