Why do I always crack my bones?!
Question: Why do I always crack my bones?
Answers:
Every time you crack your bones, you are increasing pre-existing hairline fractures along the contours of the joints. After enough time has passed, the pressure will have built up to the point where your joints snap in an orgy of pain and misery.
Hope this helps!

YOu cold cause damage if you get obsessive about it. If it hurts after cracking, you are going too hard.
