My eye won't stop spasming!?

Ok, my left eyelid(Only my left eyelid) keeps spasming. It has been doing this for about a week and it is starting to drive me crazy. In the beginning it was once or twice every few hours, then every 15 minutes now it happens almost every time I blink(when I open my eyes). Other people don't notice it so it must be small. I have not noticed any other problems. I researched it on the internet and it said to see a doctor if this was happening in other parts of your face, but it isn't. I am not suffering from lack of sleep or stress, and this has NEVER been a problem for me before. What should I do? My Mom(I am 16) thinks it could be a nutrition deficiency she read that somewhere but can't remember where so she can look it up. Does anyone know what it is a deficiency of(if it is a deficiency)? Should I see a doctor? It is such a little thing I would feel silly going to the doctor just for this!

Bananas really! Is it a potassium deficiency then? Joy, I hate bananas. Well anything to make this stop. I will go eat some.

mine did the SAME EXACT thing for like 2 weeks and it pissed me off so bad. seriously, eat some bananas. it eventually went away.
