a friend gave me a few valium tabs..im a bit scared to take them..can someone with knowledge of these tablet tell me if i take half would i suffer any bad side affects tomorrow..i dont intend to buy any..just need a good nights sleep for once in 3 months

it will be fine, you will get sleep and feel stressfree and relaxed. but remember they are highly addictive!!! dont take too many. you shouldnt have any side effects, maybe alittle groggy and tired the next day. since youve never taken them before. you should try melatonin, its a natural sleep aid, any walgreens cvs type place sells them, they are completely natural.
