Why do I faint whenever I stretch?!

Question: Why do I faint whenever I stretch?
Okay, my symptoms are:
Blacking out, whenever I stretch or get up from sitting a long time.
Chest pain. Not a lot of it, it occasionally happens.

Happens to me as well. Usually right when I get out of bed in the morning, I stand up and I begin to black out and feel weak in my legs and chest. I learned how to cope with it though, just sit down and stay still, but move slowly every now and then.
It's blood rushing to your head and different places of your body, that's causing this. You also need to get some food in you, or sugar at least. It will make you feel much better, trust me.

Experience it at least twice a week haha

Happens to me too.
Sudden change in position (low to high) can cause the blood to rush from your head, causing you to black out. Go the doc and have her/him test you for low blood pressure.

good luck!

I've never heard of that before, but I would call a doctor and set up an appointment immediately. Your other option is waiting in the ER for a doctor to see you for several hours.
