If there's going to be pain in the first time, how could be the pain be prevented or be lessened?

I'm not sure pain can be lessened. The only way it can be lessened is by not doing it at all. In addition to the pain, injury can result to the rectum area. Like hemorroids for instance! I heard that they severely hurt and can indeed project out the rectum. I've seen this happen. (I've worked in the medical field for over 10 years) Surgery would be needed to repair such problem that could be ongoing. Again, you might want to reconsider that move!
