I am not getting good sleep before the day of exams..?!


Question:

I am not getting good sleep before the day of exams..?

i am a good hard working student..,until my 12th classi never lost any competition,but after losing one,i am not able to back tomyform.even i am not getting proper sleep before the day of exams.so that i am getting headache..so i am not able to perform well in exams..this condition goes on continuing for 4 years..i am losing my confidence level..now thinking even i prepare well for exams ,i may not perform well..how to get relief from this...please give me good advice for me what to do..

You need to relax. Take a hot bath or shower before bed using a soothing body was and/ or lotion. When you get into bed try some relaxation techniques. Think about relaxing every muscle in your body starting with your face muscles to your toes till it's so relaxed and heavy you could not life it. Try not to go over in your head everything that you know and might possible be on the exam. Review your notes before going to bed, but don't do it in bed. Save your bed for sleeping only. You know you're smart and you can do it!!!
