Hi, im 16 years old and im not turning aneroxic im just wandering a good way to lose 20lb. any ideas with out starving myself?
im not overally over weight at all. i just wanted to lose a couple if pounds
please suggest some easy ways

Losing 20 pounds would need discipline.
Check a caolrie chart or download and save from the net.
Every food has caloric value(energy)... See back labels of your grocery items...
NOW
If you are 16 years old, assuming your activity is between sedentary and active...
You might be burning/using 1200 - 1600kcalories a day.
Now check what you eat...(Add the calories literally)
If you eat more than 1600 you gain weight
If you eat in between 1200 - 1600 your body weight does not change
If you eat below 1200 then you lose weight.
1gram fat = 9kcal
So... either you decrease your caloric intake
or increase your caloric burn(exercise...)
