Hi,

I understand the problem you’ve been going through when trying to lose weight and flatten your stomach. My friend was in the same situation as you, nothing seemed to work for him until he came across the truth about six-pack abs. He’s had great success with it, and maybe this is something which could be right for you. Good luck !

Rest, recovery, is a key part of gaining muscle mass.

At every workout you need to push/tax the muscle to breakdown (tear) the muscle cells so that when they recover they increase muscle cell tissue.

Always focus on a muscle pump. Meaning you need to mentally and physically try to force blood in that muscle area. Best way is to flex that muscle, without any weights, a few times. Sort a like a warm-up.

Your diet is a another key. You need to eat protein at every meal. Good mass building carbs are oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoes. Have these in the early part of the day to help you maintain (lean) muscle mass building.

Supplement your diet with a one-a-day multivitamin and protein powder. Creatine is an excellent supplement but you will need to take it everyday for about two months. You don't have to do any loading. For best results take creatine right after your workout.

Lift a small weight many times, Do not try to lift heavy weights that just damages your ligaments.

If you use small weights you should notice some changes in about a week. You won't get next day results without doing something stupid like steroids.

It's called weight lifting. Concentrate on the eight main groups: chest, back, shoulders, triceps, biceps, abs, quads, & legs.

Bench Press, or just do curls
