Do chiropractors really help or hurt your back and kneck?

I think they are phenomenal! Your first couple visits your muscles will be sore because they are use to being out of alignment with your vertebrae that are now back where they belong. Ice!! I have gone to one for 3 yrs now. No more migraines and my neck pain and tingling in my hands is considerably better. And yes most insurances do cover them as the person above stated. Best of luck.
