Is it better to work out sore muscles or let them rest?!


Question:

Is it better to work out sore muscles or let them rest?

I did extreme volleyball traing last night and i am so sore i can barely walk around without hurting, it it better to try and do some excersises to work out the soreness, or should i just rest?


Answers:

If I were in your position, I would warm up with a 15 to 20 minute walk and then stretch for about 10 minutes. Maybe do some ab work as well.
Nothing ballistic, just nice and easy.
