Can I mix Advil and Coedine?!

Can I mix Advil and Coedine?

I have a huge, inflamed spider bite on my eyebrow and I get really bad migranes and throbbing pain. Advil doesnt seem to help. I got some Coedine for sleeping, but I just took advil.. Can I take the coedine with it?
