Cramp in back?!

Cramp in back?
I have this cramp in the left side of my lower back. I have had it all day and I had one like this about a year ago. I can't get rid of it! Any ideas? Thanks!

use a hot pad or icy hot on that spot and take a midol or advil and drink lots of water that helps me and get bad cramps each month! sorry i hope this helps and you feel better!
