Should i work out if im sore already?!


Question:

Should i work out if im sore already?

wed- went to club (rave danced), thurs, a lil sore, fri-did spin class 45 min (ouch), sat went to club again, yeah fun danced hip hop/ house --VERY sore now, barely walking, SUN got woken up early due to emergency, was out walking and helping a friend from 8am until 6pm, monday (today) sore as CRAP, should I walk a moderate pace on tredmill and do arms or wait????


Answers:

A very light workout, like walking on the treadmill will help loosen up those sore muscles if the soreness isnt to severe.. Muscle soreness they use to say was caused by a buildup of lactic acid which occurs when you damage your muscles as you did with the excessive excercise. However some research now shows that isnt the case that the soreness is actually caused by the damage to the muscles so if you are real sore take a break until you are just mildly sore and work up to the extensive stuff.
