What is this lump?
Over the weekend I noticed this bump in the back of my neck. It's right in the middle where the back of my shoulders meet my neck on my spine. It doesn't hurt at all. It feels about the size of a ping pong ball and I can push it it if I lilt my head all the way back. It kind of feels like it's filled with fluid. Again it doesn't hurt but it does itch sometimes. Any idea on what it could be.

This sounds like a cyst - you should get it checked by the Doctor, he can remove it quite easily for you. They are harmless and are sacs of fluid. BUT are you sure its not the actual top of your spine - only the top vertebrae is quite large anyway! But if it is mobile (able to move) then I reckon its a cyst, go get it looked at to be on the safe side. All the best.
