Is it a bone spur? Arthritis? I'm in pain and need your help. I have this pain in 3 places: the palm of both

hands, both at my middle finger joint, and the sole of my right foot at one or more toe joints. My foot only bothers me after walking around the house barefoot all day. My right hand doesn't hurt all the time, but it hurts the most. About 2 months ago it started feeling like a bump on the bone. When it doesn't hurt, the bump is very small. When it does hurt, the bump is much larger and can actually move a tiny bit (tendon/ligament problem?). It makes it very difficult to function sometimes, as I am right-handed. I can't grasp things as I used to (like a stair-rail for support or even the steering wheel) and I can't put weight on it--hurts too much. To clarify, my hand can support the weight, just not the sore place on my hand. And now the same thing is happening in my left hand--started 2 days ago. I'm only 32. I have had 3 pregnancies, our youngest is almost 3 years old. Could this hormones?

Please, serious answers only. Remember, I AM in pain...don't make it worse.
