Question: I cant sleep after drinking coke at night..is that an anomaly or is it just a normal reaction of the organism?

i've noticed, each time i come home at night and drink a can of coke before going to bed it makes me stay up really late and my efforts to fall asleep seem to be kind of useless for at least the next couple of hours..has this happened to you guys?

it's the sugar in the coke that's keeping you awake. so, yeah, anything sugary usually makes you more awake & stuff.
