What does it mean when...?
you get extremely bad kneck pains, coming from the back of your ear, down to your shoulders, and when you turn or, tilt your head to which side hearts, you cant turn it any further. please help, i want to know what i've done and, how to make it better, before tomorrow, because im goin to a theme park THANKS x

i would try an anti inflammatory like nurofen, warm compresses or hot water bag, even a warm bath if comfy. and rest..you have probably pulled muscles in your neck.
