It began a few days ago and felt like a normal trapezium sprain but the past few days, it feels like something is tearing, and the feeling doesnt really "hurt" but its not likeable. It happens when i move fastly, such as a motion to swat a fly. What could it be?
Also, when my mom was messaging what i think is the spine (center bone that goes upto neck), there is something which "clicks" or snaps, adjacent to the area of the problem.

sounds like you need to see a doctor....if you hear things popping in your back without a lot of effort on your part, there probably is something wrong. I would'nt wait...seriously, go see a doc.
