Why is my stomach always so upset?!
Question:
Why is my stomach always so upset?
i eat pretty bland foods already but about an hour after i eat i get really bad indigestion, heartburn and other problems. what could this be? there is no possibilty of pregnancy either.
no breakfast stomach too upset
lunch - 2pcs thin sliced deli ham, 2 mozzarella sticks
dinner - 6 wheat thin crackers with a little cream cheese, black olive, grated cheese dip
4 glasses of water

i'm not anorexic & i usually eat a little more but i'm not very hungry either. i don't do laxatives and junk like that. it's weird & it won't go away. i'm going to google that gastrio..whatever lisa x said. it's just getting very tiring to have to deal with this almost every single day. thanks all !

Google gastroparesis....see if you have the symptoms. It means you are always full, and eating makes you feel nauseous. It also gives you indigestion, heartburn etc, however it's not that common. If you feel you have all the symptoms, at least you have something to tell your doctor...I hope you feel better soon.
