I have this pain about 3 inches below my belly button?

I am a 43 year old male and have this pain about 3 to 4 inches below my belly button. It feels like its deep inside but it comes and goes. Any ideas what this could be? Intestines or somthing?

Visit a good doctor, as somebody else said too YA is just for small talk and fun sure sometimes we answer serious questions but when it comes to a illness the best advice is not even to think to come here and go straight to a doctor.

I can only say to you something.... I think you have Hernia. :( sorry I documented myself and found out if you feel pain 2.5-3-4 inches below the button you can suffer from Hernia. But it could be the kidney as well... kidney stones? maybe prostate....
