ive tried herpecin and abreva along with multiple other otc products, and a couple rx products. so far the best healer is time.

try abreva. it comes in a blue tube and it says abreva.
also when u put it on, wash ur hands in warnm water and soap and dry them before you touch ur cold sore. touching ur sore with dirty fingers can spread the osre and make the healing time longer. so just dont touch ur sore unless u need to put medication on it, okay?
