What could be causing my mild headaches and nausea?!

Question:

What could be causing my mild headaches and nausea?

I've been experiencing these very mild, but annoying symptoms for a few days. When I wake up, I usually don't feel it. But sometime in the afternoon, I'll start having the symptoms, which continue until I go to bed. I'm also a recently converted vegetarian, so could it be related to some nutritional deficiency?

Answers:

Very much sounds like dehydration and/or low potassium. Try some Gatorade/Poweraid and eat a couple of bananas. Dehydration causes a headache even when you're just mildly dehydrated. Nausea goes along with it. If doing those things doesn't help, then you may want to be evaluated by your physician.
