What about headachs?!

What about headachs?
Every time I take a nap in the day time and it's usually only if I'm really tired and I make sure they don't go over an hour I wake up with really bad headachs and they take awhile to go away even if I take something for it! When I sleep at night this doesn't happen! Should I be checked by a doctor? or is this normal?

I think it is because you are so stressed out Jamie-kins... You need a vaca! You body is telling you to slow down and rest more often!
Maybe you need to eat more protein. Drink more water. Maybe its a caffeine headache...
You could go see a doc. But I wouldn't.
