Pain in arm?!

Pain in arm?
Starting about 2 or 3 hours ago, i noticed a pain (not a sharp pain, more like an aching pain) in my right arm. It feels like it goes from my elbow and up my bicep. What is this?

Oh wait, i just rememberd that last night in my car, i had this heavy metal cd case holder and put it in the back seat and i remember twisting my arm badly while doing that. Is that why my arms hurting today?
