What are some good exercises to strengthen an ankle after spraining it?
Ankle feels better after rest, but some twinge of uncomfortableness exists when putting pressure on ankle (like running) or when extending it too far. Just want to know how to strengthen the ankle to get it back to playing shape. Thanks.

um if you have a trampoline you need to stand on the injured leg leaving the good leg in the air. once you get you balance you need to push up on your toes up and down ten times. if you dont you need to do that on something off the ground like a step.
