Question: My lower back is hurting?

I'm bend down most of the time and when not I have to help lift the 30lbs of what I just taped. I'm just 135lbs and it's me and 3 other guys.. Im the only one bend down.. Should I tell supervisor to bring in an extra person to help me tape?
