i'm always tierd, even after i sleep 2 hours more?!


Question: I'm always tierd, even after i sleep 2 hours more?
i now sleep at 10:30pm to 6:30am now and i'm still tired these days, i don't have a lot of homework and stuff.
even now at 9:00pm (ET) i'm still really tired!
btw, i'm in middle school and i'm not some 6th grader. i can't seem to think properly at school or concentrate.
all i want to do is sleep!

an hour of a difference is a drastic change to your body so it will take some time for your body to get accustomed to your new schedule. your body will be used to being tired because of your old schedule, but you must stick to the new one. just because you get a whole day to sleep does not mean its better for your body it is actually worse because then your body is confused.

in other words, just let your body adjust.
